Engagement Model: Associate-Based (Project Collaboration)

The Role:

As an Associate Interior Designer at TUD SPACES, you will be entrusted with conceptualizing and delivering projects under our brand ecosystem. You will translate client aspirations into refined spatial solutions while maintaining functional integrity, aesthetic excellence, and execution discipline.

You will operate with autonomy, but in alignment with our design philosophy and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sophisticated design concepts rooted in spatial intelligence and user-centric planning

- Prepare detailed layouts, working drawings, and technical documentation

- Curate materials, finishes, textures, and color palettes with a strong aesthetic narrative

- Lead client discussions with clarity, confidence, and design articulation





- Coordinate seamlessly with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams

- Monitor site execution to ensure quality control and timeline adherence

- Maintain cost awareness while safeguarding design intent

- Deliver projects that reflect precision, functionality, and visual impact

What We Expect:

- Formal education in Interior Design or Architecture

- Proven project execution experience (residential and/or commercial)

- Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent tools

- Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and practical site challenges

- Professional communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage responsibilities independently with accountability

Engagement Structure:

This is an Associate-Based Collaboration , which may include:

- Revenue-sharing model

- Commission-based structure

- Fixed professional fee per project

The structure will be finalized based on experience, scope, and project scale. This model allows you to grow proportionately with the projects you handle.
