Our reputed tax advisory client is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to remotely support from India our Abu Dhabi based tax advisory team. In this role, you will deliver high-value technical advice, structural planning, and compliance solutions to a diverse portfolio of multinational corporate clients, mainland businesses, and Free Zone entities navigating the UAE corporate tax landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Deliver technical tax opinions on complex corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, and M&A; activities under UAE Federal Decree-Law.
- Free Zone Optimization: Support clients on qualifying income criteria, substance requirements, and restructuring to safely maximize 0% tax exemptions.
- Transfer Pricing (TP): Benchmark, draft, and implement TP policies, local files, and master files aligned with OECD and FTA guidelines.
- Compliance Management: Oversee the onboarding, tax registration, provision preparation,
and final tax return filings for client portfolios.
- FTA Representation: Guide clients through Federal Tax Authority (FTA) audits, prepare voluntary disclosures, and draft official clarification requests.
- Business Development: Identify tax planning opportunities for existing clients and help our Abu Dhabi based team by actively contributing to pitching and winning current advisory mandates.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: CA mandatory
- Experience: 5 to 7+ years of dedicated corporate tax experience within a Big 4, mid-tier, or specialized tax consulting firm post CA qualification (UAE or GCC experience highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Advanced command of UAE Corporate Tax, international tax principles (BEPS, Pillar Two), and IFRS tax accounting.
