4. To plan requirement in a way to maintain business service level targets & adherence to the key performance indicators. E.g. maintain one-month stock of API running product ready for sale.

Coordinate with marketing for slow moving finished API inventory liquidation.

15. Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Purchase, warehouse and Engineering team to ensure smooth execution of production plans

16. Raw material planning for contract manufacturing sites as per plan.

17. Coordinate with respective plant head for monthly delivery as fixed in S&OP; meetings

18. Create raw materials, solvents and packing materials purchase requisition for in-house and CMO products.

19. To Coordinate with IT Department for troubleshooting in SAP as & when required.

20. Coordinate with purchase team, QC team & manufacturing team to timely deliver the raw materials & avoid stock out situations.

21. Raw material planning & coordinate with store department for timely transfer of intermediates to subcontract location.

22. Generation of monthly MIS reports for API locations measuring key performance of each plant in areas of service, compliance.

23. Monthly S&OP; adherence , capacity utilization and OTIF details preparation.

24. Products/ Intermediates stages BOM and recipe creation as per production requirements.

25. Periodically review the existing BOM and recipe for correctness and initiate the change wherever required.
