Strategy Lead Real Estate

Job Summary

The Strategy Lead will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market intelligence, sales performance optimization, business expansion initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. The role will work closely with senior leadership to formulate, execute, and monitor business strategies that support revenue growth, market penetration, operational efficiency, and long-term organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support leadership in annual business planning, forecasting, and target setting.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and market share.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyse industry data and market intelligence to recommend business opportunities.
- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for new projects, locations, and product launches.

Business Analytics & Reporting

- Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership review.
- Analyse business performance across projects,



teams, and business verticals.
- Present strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Project Evaluation & Feasibility

- Assess recent projects, locations, and investment opportunities from a commercial and strategic perspective.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and investment recommendations.
- Evaluate project positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA from a Tier 2 or higher B-school preferred.
- 8-15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with 3-5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strong understanding of residential and luxury real estate markets, including market trends, customer behavior, and business dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence/reporting tools is an added advantage.
