Mandatory Skills:

- Robust experience in backend development with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Hands-on expertise in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, CDK)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular
- Experience in production support, incident management, debugging, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/logging, and offline first data sync patterns.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS:

- Design and develop scalable backend systems using REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Build and manage serverless applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, CDK)
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript
- Implement telemetry workflows for monitoring system performance, availability, and reliability




- Architect and support offline-first systems with robust data synchronization patterns (e.g., RxDB-like approaches)
- Lead production support activities including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Drive system debugging, performance tuning, and stability improvements
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes
- Integrate monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Sentry, Lumigo or similar) for observability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative development
- Ensure quality through automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
