Job Title: Construction Project Manager / Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary

Lead and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of multiple construction sites.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, safety, and compliance with DCR/DCPR & MCGM regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Prepare SOPs, review project progress, and provide regular MIS reports to management.
- Oversee quantity estimation, MEPF coordination, and contract negotiations.




- Drive process improvements and technology adoption in construction management.
- Lead and mentor Site Engineers, Supervisors, and support staff across projects.

Requirements

- B.E. Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of construction/site management experience.
- Experience with Mumbai-based real estate developers is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of project execution, MEPF, quantity estimation, and contract management.
- Experience leading teams and familiarity with DCPR 2034/BIM is an added advantage.
