Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a sharp, business-focused Marketing Manager who can drive organic growth, strengthen brand authority, and build a high-performing digital marketing engine for Greytrix Business Solutions.

This role is not limited to content creation or SEO execution. We need someone who understands how marketing contributes to pipeline, brand trust, search visibility, lead generation, and business growth in the B2B ERP and technology space.

The ideal candidate should be able to convert complex ERP, CRM, SaaS, and IT services topics into clear, credible, and conversion-focused content across website, search, social media, email, and thought leadership channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, search visibility, and qualified inbound leads.
- Own the content strategy across blogs, service pages, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, social media, and thought leadership articles.
- Build expert-led content around ERP, Odoo, Zoho, CRM, HRMS, business automation, digital transformation, and industry-specific solutions.




- Plan and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant B2B channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and SERP analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, product, functional consultants, and leadership teams to create content that supports lead generation and sales enablement.
- Improve website content for clarity, conversion, SEO, and buyer intent.
- Track and report performance across SEO, website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and content effectiveness.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, AI-driven search trends, social media best practices, and B2B marketing trends.
- Ensure all content reflects the brands authority, credibility, and business value in the ERP consulting space.
