- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform forecasting decisions.
- Utilize SQL and Power BI tools to identify patterns in time series data and optimize supply chain operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on inventory management strategies, including allocation optimization.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience as a Demand Planner or related field (e.g., Supply Chain Analyst).
- Robust understanding of forecasting techniques using statistical models such as ARIMA or Exponential Smoothing.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and creating reports using tools like Power BI.
- Experience working with consumer electronics & appliances industry preferred.
