1. Candidate will be responsible for developing and updating medical, product, and sales training content using adult learning principles.
2. Candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom, virtual, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions for field force capability development.
3. Candidate will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including content upload, assignment, and learner tracking.
4. Candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing digital learning initiatives using AI-enabled learning tools and modern training methodologies.
5. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring training effectiveness through LMS reports and driving continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
6. Candidate will be responsible for driving wellness certification programs and promoting a strong learning culture across the organization.
7. Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure training content is scientifically accurate and aligned with business objectives.
8. Candidate will be responsible for staying updated with the latest industry trends, product knowledge,



and creative learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate profile

Candidate should have a graduate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Science (B.Sc) along with a postgraduate qualification in Management (MBA preferred).

Candidate should have a minimum of 2-7 years of experience in Pharma industry training, with prior frontline sales experience being mandatory. Experience in the current role as a Field Training Manager or a similar position will be an added advantage.

Candidate should have certifications in LMS Management, Instructional Design, or Wellness, which will be an added advantage.
