Your Role

- Drive the organization''s AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI strategy and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, MLOps Consultants, and Solution Architects.
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions from ideation to production deployment.
- Design and implement Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and convert them into scalable solutions.

Your Profile

- 12+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with production-grade AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI implementations.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Statistical Modeling, and Data Visualization.
- Deep understanding of LLMs,



Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI ecosystems.Proficient in Python and other data science programming languages.
- Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and related frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred), AWS, and Azure.
