Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the PMC team overseeing the design, constructio and commissioning of storm water pumping stations.
- Review and approve detailed engineering designs, especially in instrumentation, control systems, and hydraulic modeling.
- Monitor contractor progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Supervise the construction phase, including site inspections, technical reviews, and approval of work packages.
- Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring system functionality, reliability, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments and progress reporting.
- Implement quality assurance and HSE procedures during all project stages.




- Ensure regulatory compliance and interface with municipal authorities or regulatory bodies where required.
- Drive project documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Masters degree in Project Management, Hydraulic Engineering, or related disciplines is a plus.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure with specific experience in storm water systems and pumping stations.
- Proven experience in hydraulic modeling.
- Proficient in using software like EPANET, Info Works,AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
- Robust understanding of construction supervision, QA/QC, and contract management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
