Role & responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Delivery Excellence

- Lead and mentor a team of 2 to 6 ServiceNow developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and documentation guidelines.
- Plan sprint activities, assign work, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical walkthroughs to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables while mentoring team members and driving engineering excellence.

2. ServiceNow App Engine & Integration Expertise

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Scoped Applications.
- Build custom business applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Workflow Automation.
- Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, and external middleware platforms.
- Configure and manage IntegrationHub spokes, Data Streams, Flow Actions, and reusable integration components.
- Develop custom solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and Scripted APIs.
- Implement event-driven integrations, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Design secure, scalable, and reusable integration frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture and ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensure application performance, security, governance, and maintainability across multiple environments.

3. Delivery Governance & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design workshops, technical estimations, architecture discussions, and release planning.




- Support governance standards, compliance requirements, and deployment activities across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Ensure technical risks are proactively identified and mitigated.

4. Framework Adoption & Practice Enablement

- Gain deep understanding of inMorphis delivery frameworks and ensure compliance across engagements.
- Contribute to reusable integration frameworks, accelerators, connectors, and application templates.
- Promote coding standards, development guidelines, and reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency.

5. Technology Innovation & Solution Development

- Participate in R&D; initiatives, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and exploration of new ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, Now Assist, IntegrationHub enhancements, Automation Engine, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and enterprise workflow automation.
- Contribute to new solution offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets for enterprise application development and integrations.

6. Client Relationship Management & Business Growth

- Build trusted client relationships through technical leadership and proactive communication.
- Participate in client workshops, technical demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution architecture, effort estimation, technical proposals, and proof-of-concepts.
- Identify opportunities for application modernization, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

Project Governance & Resource Management

- Support project execution through effective resource planning and technical ownership.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, timelines, and financial objectives.
- Assist in identifying technical risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement opportunities.

8. People Development, Learning & Culture

- Participate in hiring activities through technical interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Mentor junior developers and support onboarding initiatives.
- Conduct internal technical sessions, knowledge-sharing programs, and capability-building workshops.
- Promote continuous learning through ServiceNow certifications and emerging technology adoption.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance engineering culture aligned with inMorphis values.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 to 9 years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Scoped Applications, and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on experience developing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Service Catalog.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and reusable integration frameworks.
- Positive understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security model, data model, update sets, application lifecycle, and release management.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
