About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented *Business Development Manager (BDM)* to join our Broker Connect team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with brokers, expanding the broker network, driving client acquisition, and achieving business growth targets across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective brokers.

* Identify and onboard new brokers to expand the company's business network.

* Generate new business through broker partnerships and referrals.

* Drive client acquisition and revenue generation through the Broker Connect channel.

* Conduct regular meetings and presentations with brokers to promote company products and services.

* Ensure timely resolution of broker and client queries.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.





* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Prepare and maintain MIS reports and sales activity updates.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

* Good understanding of stock market and financial products.

* Sales-driven with strong business development skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

* Willingness to travel .

Preferred

* Experience in Broker Connect, Channel Sales, or Partner Management.

* Existing network within the broker or financial services ecosystem will be an advantage.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
