- Develop and implement the organization's HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Lead organizational transformation, automation initiatives, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
- Develop, review,standardize HR policies & processes in line with legal and business requirements.
- Establish HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Drive workforce planning to support business expansion and future growth.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, HRMS, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, employee records, and exit management.
- Design leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives.
- Strengthen succession planning for leadership and critical business roles.
- Establish KPIs and KRAs aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee learning and organizational development initiatives & instill a culture of learning & growth within the organization.
- Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS).
- Drive performance reviews, calibration processes, and leadership assessments.
- Develop competency frameworks across departments.
- Resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
Work Experience & Requirement:
- 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 to 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure industry.
- Experience in managing HR across multiple locations and project sites.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and scaling HR functions.
