Handelnine Global requires a Senior Executive - Operations, for our E-commerce division.
We run e-commerce sites across multiple categories, in India, the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Singapore & Canada - with more Global sites coming up.
The candidate will work with our Manager - Operations to ensure the following:
- Purchase products online based on orders received, as displayed in our internal software.
- Track, manage, and update all purchase data accurately in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Identify the most efficient and reliable purchase websites, based on historical data and delivery timelines.
- Analyze and share weekly KPI reports, highlighting:
- Purchase mapping
- Missing purchases
- Delivery delays
- Improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal team members to manage daily workflows and resolve escalations promptly.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all operational KPIs, including
- delivery timelines and sourcing efficiency.
- Propose and implement solutions for recurring issues in purchasing and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve work quality and process efficiency.and logistics.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1 to 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, purchasing, or a
similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF conditions, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other advanced formulas Data filtering and consolidation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in global eCommerce operations.
- Experience with sourcing and vendor comparisons.
- Ability to multitask and handle operational escalations efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
