Role & responsibilities

Exp 5 to 10 Yrs

Location - PAN India

NP immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power

Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI) integrated with Dynamics 365

Build and customize Copilot experiences within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

applications

Design and implement Agentic AI workflows (autonomous or semi-autonomous AI

agents) to automate business processes and user interactions

Leverage AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio to create intelligent

conversational and process automation solutions

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales,

Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, or Supply Chain

Develop secure, scalable integrations using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-enabled

technical solutions

Ensure best practices for governance, security,



performance, and ALM within

Power Platform environments

Provide technical guidance, solution documentation, and support during deployment

and post-go-live phases

Required Skills & Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

Proven experience with Copilot Studio / Copilot for Dynamics 365

Experience designing or implementing Agentic AI solutions (autonomous agents,

intelligent orchestration, AI-driven decision flows)

Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and integrations

Experience with Dataverse, Power Fx, and Power Automate cloud flows

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, Azure Functions, Logic Apps

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in Power Platform

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
