The Pre-Sales Associate will support the pre-sales team in Demo Audit , customer research, demo preparation, and proposal coordination. This is a ground-up role ideal for a motivated fresher who wants to build a career in B2B / B2C sales and business development in a quick-growing consumer appliances brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Assist in preparing product demos, presentations, and proposals
- Conduct basic research on prospects, channels, or market segments
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead status and notes
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support
- Track pre-sales metrics and help prepare weekly pipeline reports
- Support RFQ/RFP responses and documentation
