Key Responsibilities

- Structural Modeling & Analysis: Model, analyze, and design structural frames, plates, and individual members to determine exact stresses, deflections, and load paths.
- Software Calculations: Utilize STAAD.Pro, Mathcad, and advanced Excel sheets to perform rigorous engineering calculations and structural simulations.
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Carry out detailed Finite Element Analysis for complex connections, irregular geometries, and specialized structural components.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant national and international building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, comprehensive structural calculation reports, verification documents, and technical notes for client submission and internal review.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with the architectural and design teams to validate the structural integrity of design concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education (Mandatory):



M.Tech in Structural Engineering (or Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in structural frame analysis and design.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of STAAD.Pro, Mathcad, and MS Excel (advanced formulas/macros). Familiarity with FEA software (like ANSYS, SJ Mepla, or Strand7) is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Strong fundamentals in engineering mechanics, structural dynamics, plate theory, and stress/deflection analysis.
- Preferred Bonus Skill: Knowledge of Facade Systems (aluminum extrusions, glass engineering, brackets, and anchorages) is a major advantage.
