About the Role:

We are looking for a Engineer – AI with 2-3 years of experience in developing Generative AI applications, scalable data pipelines, and cloud-native AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, Azure, AWS, and modern AI technologies to build intelligent, production-ready applications.

The role requires close collaboration with Data Engineers, AI Architects, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud platforms, and enterprise data engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Development

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve response quality and contextual accuracy.
- Implement vector search, embeddings, and intelligent document retrieval solutions.
- Build agentic AI workflows for multi-step business processes.

Data Engineering & ETL

- Develop scalable ETL pipelines for ingesting, transforming, validating, and processing enterprise data.
- Design and optimize data preprocessing workflows for structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build data ingestion pipelines using REST APIs and web services.
- Ensure data quality, validation, and productive storage across cloud platforms.
- Optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Cloud & Platform Engineering





- Develop cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Utilize Databricks for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, and cloud storage services.
- Build reusable components supporting deployment across Azure and AWS environments.

API & Application Development

- Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and backend services.
- Design scalable backend services for AI-powered products.
- Build reusable modules supporting AI workflows and enterprise integrations.

Delivery & Collaboration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, AI Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners.
- Participate in Agile development and sprint planning activities.
- Support testing, debugging, deployment, and production releases
- Contribute to solution design and continuous platform improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI development.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure, and AWS cloud platforms.




- Experience building ETL pipelines and data engineering solutions.
- Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and AI workflows.
- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Knowledge of Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Databricks Data Engineer Associate Certification.
- Databricks GenAI Associate Certification.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Exposure to Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building cloud-native AI applications.
- Knowledge of Streamlit and AI application development.
- Experience integrating enterprise APIs and cloud services.
