Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in high-volume and overseas recruitment environments.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions and projects.
- Ensure timely screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and deployment of candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support overseas recruitment campaigns, client interviews, and candidate mobilization.

Team Management

- Manage, mentor, and guide recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and support staff.
- Conduct team reviews, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
- Monitor recruiter productivity and achievement of hiring targets.

Recruitment Strategy

- Develop and implement effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Reporting & Compliance

- Manage recruitment databases, ATS, recruitment reports,



and analytics.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and fulfillment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications

- Recruitment or Talent Acquisition certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

- 510+ years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
- Experience in overseas recruitment, manpower consulting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and managing large-scale hiring projects.
