MANDATORY CRITERIA

3-6 years of experience in executing multi-locational HR Operations, including drafting of HR letters, Data Analytics, Data Interpretation and creating Reports related to Employee InformationSpan of Control: Support end-to-end HR operations across locations, draft professional letters, and support payroll, compliance, and reporting requirements

Reporting to: Senior Manager- HR THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations across locations, ensure Data Accuracy, and support Payroll, HR Compliance, and Reporting requirements. The role demands strong coordination skills, precision in documentation, and the ability to interpret HR data to support business and HR stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- The incumbent will primarily be responsible for:?Manage end to end HR Operations across all locations?Draft professional letters accurately such as Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving Letters, etc
- Facilitate Onboarding Process and coordinate with stakeholders with Data of New Joiners




- Provide essential Data and Information to the Payroll team in a timely manner?Coordinate the process of Employee Transfers and Secondments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Databases and MIS
- Generate Reports as per stakeholder requirements
- Ensure Data is accurately updated on systems?Support in Audits and other Compliance activities
- Ensure timely updating of Timesheet and share the same with HRBP's?Support in Data Analytics and Data Interpretation
- Support in Automation and Digitization projects

EDUCATION AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE

- 3-6 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
- Hands-on experience in HR documentation, Payroll Coordination, and MIS
- Exposure to Audits, Compliance, and Multi-Location HR Operations preferred
- Graduation is mandatory (Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- Masters degree or relevant certifications in HR or a related field (Preferred)
