JOB DESCRIPTION RTGS NEFT

Job Summary

- Outward :Monitor all the RTGS and Neft Outward transactions processed by branches/Units. Also all transactions processed by net banking, CMS and alternate channels and ensures settlement of same. Second level authorization of outward RTGS NEFT above Rs 25.00 lakhs and verifying the same from request form received from branches/Other units. Informing the branches/units in case of transactions discrepancy and incase of any message deleted or cancelled. Marking and authorising of Outward returns from inward messages received on account of closure/freeze/incorrect number etc.
- Inward :Processing all Inward RTGS NEFT received in mismatch queue from SFMS .Checking the correctness of account name before giving credit. In case of discrepancy returning the transaction with appropriate reason. Ensuring all credits are processed or returned within TAT Reconciliation: Ensuring that all Inward Outward RTGS are reconciled.



And all NEFT batches are reconciled and necessary vouchers passed for GL entry
- Ensuring LEI is provided for all inward outward messages of Rs 50.00 crs and above
- Queries: Attending to all queries from branches/customers/Sapphire /other banks promptly and within TAT
- Ensure zero error/delay in daily operations and all other activities related to RTGS NEFT
- Adhering to all RBI Circulars and guidelines

Detailed Responsibilities

- Responsible for day to day operations of RTGS NEFT
- To ensure accurate, timely and error free operational processing of requests from Branches/Units
- Ensuring regulatory compliance & procedural compliance
- Has to work in shifts including night shifts. Also working on Non working Saturday Sundays and Bank Holidays.
