Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager Projects (Substation) with 8 - 10 years of expertise in EHV/HV Substation Projects to lead end-to-end execution of Greenfield & Brownfield power infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, safety compliance, commercial control, and timely delivery of AIS/GIS substations and transmission projects in line with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete execution of EHV/HV Substation projects from conceptualization to commissioning.
- Manage Greenfield & Brownfield AIS/GIS Substation projects ranging from 132kV to 765kV.
- Ensure project completion within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth project execution.
- Review technical drawings, layouts, SLDs,



and vendor documents for the project execution.
- Supervise erection, testing, commissioning, and energization activities.
- Manage and coordinate with EPC partners, OEMs, consultants, and other authorities.
- Handle project cost control, billing, budgeting, claims, and contract administration.
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies and QA/QC standards across project sites.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor site engineers for performance excellence.

Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of AIS/GIS substations, protection systems, and transmission infrastructure.
- Expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project/MS office and project execution methodologies.
- Strong understanding of IEC, IS, CEA, and utility standards.
- Good Communication skills and adaptive nature
