Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant with 612 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting O2C business processes. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in end-to-end order management, pricing, billing, credit management, invoicing, collections, and customer master data processes within ERP platforms.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into O2C system solutions.
- Configure and support Order Management, Customer Management, Billing, Shipping, Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.




- Provide production support, issue analysis, and resolution.
- Participate in ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.
- Ensure adherence to business controls, compliance requirements, and best practices.
