Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from clients to provide customer support and resolve their queries.
- Identify recent business opportunities through cold calling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in BPO sales or similar industry.
- Strong skills in b2c sales, inside sales, outbound sales, telecalling, and telesales.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings (6pm-3am) with weekends off.
