Role & responsibilities

We are hiring B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) professionals with 2+ years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, manufacturing, certification, or regulatory compliance. The role involves handling the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) Standards & Labeling (S&L;) Programme, including pre-validation of technical documents, verification of test reports and certifications, and ensuring compliance with BIS, IEC, ISO standards and product-specific regulations. Candidates will be responsible for identifying discrepancies, coordinating with applicants via portal-based communication, and ensuring timely resolution of compliance gaps. Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical appliances, conformity assessment processes, and energy efficiency standards is required. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and valuable English communication are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to energy auditing, energy management, or certification bodies.
