Job Summary :

- Detailed Responsibilities •Evaluating the financial health of the borrower, analysing financial statements, and assessing credit worthiness based on established criteria and policies
- Identifying, assessing and mitigating potential credit risk.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, and other departments to facilitate smooth loan origination and management.
- Tracking the performance of the loan portfolio, identifying potential problem accounts and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with Sales teams to structure loan products that meet the specific needs of Emerging Corporate clients while managing credit risk.
- Ensuring proper documentation for all credit related activities and maintaining audit-ready records.
- Conducting personal discussion with the promoters at their office. Visiting manufacturing facilities and properties offered as collateral security.




- Conducting timely review/ renewal of Credit facilities.
- To coordinate with CROPS to ensure that the sanction terms are appropriately incorporated in the sanction letter.
- Ensure that all underwriting processes and decisions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, industry practice, and legal requirements.

Experience :

Minimum 2 years experienced in SME underwriting or related field

Desired skills and competencies :

- Solid knowledge of local market, relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in assessing credit risk, identifying potential rial risk and implementing mitigation strategies
- Understanding of working capital, term loans and other relevant financing products
- Ability to analyse financial statements, cashflow projections, financial ratios and other relevant financial data.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
