Position: International Voice Process (Associate)

Shift:Rotational Night Shifts

Salary

18k 38k in-hand per month (Depending upon yrs of exp)

(Freshers,Experienced both can apply)

Job Responsibilities:-

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally across Telecom, Software, and Logistics domains.

Resolve customer queries related to services, technical issues, billing, orders, refunds, and deliveries.

Provide troubleshooting support and ensure timely issue resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams for effective customer support and escalations.





Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and SLA targets.

Follow company policies, processes, and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable working in Rotational night shift environment

Good typing and computer handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility

Min Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

Candidates from BPO or customer support background preferred
