Position Title: Manager Finance

Division & Organisation: IF Finance; Glenmark

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Reporting to: GM -Finance

Repartee's: Two

Job Responsibilities:

1.Management of enabling functions Customer claims booking, Account Receivable management etc.

2. Review of Customer agreements, providing cross-functional support in negotiation with Customers.

3. Drafting and implementation of SOPs. Monitoring of compliance to SOPs, controls etc.

4. Process and control automation pertaining to order - to - cash.

5. Providing the cross functions supports to distribution team from finance side.

6. Providing the support in managing the customer claims audit, corporate requirements etc.

7. Taking Action to resolve the Customer claims Audit observation

8. Supporting the business in evaluation of commercial scheme claims of customers in further supplies and its implementation.

Qualification & Skills:

Essential:

CA, SAP Knowledge, Pharma Experience

Desirable:

Pharma/FMCG, Minimum turnover of previous Org more that 500 cr .

Work Experience:

5-6 Years Post Qualification experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in handling the similar job profile.
