Mahindra Lifespaces is seeking a seasoned skilled to join our team as a Team Leader - Sales Sourcing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the real estate sector and bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the sales sourcing team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales sourcing team to ensure effective performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales sourcing strategies to attract and engage potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales sourcing team.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management,
providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
