About you and the role

As a Senior R&D;/TS&D; Technician, you will support formulation and application development activities for Industrial Solutions, with a focus on industrial and consumer sector. You will execute complex laboratory experiments, generate high-quality technical data, and support customer and internal projects while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and execute formulation development and application testing activities in alignment with project objectives.
- Design and conduct comprehensive performance and stability evaluations, including dispersion, emulsification, wetting, foaming, rheological behaviour, and compatibility studies.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment (e.g., mixers, viscometers, rheometers, spray dryers, extruders) to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Generate, record, and maintain high-quality, well-documented experimental data to support internal R&D; initiatives and technical assessments.
- Prepare application samples and develop detailed technical data packages to support product trials, customer evaluations, and technical discussions.
- Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety protocols, chemical handling regulations, and quality management systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory information and data management systems, including ELN, CISPro, MOC,



and related digital tools.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in chemistry or science related field is strongly required.
- 6-8 years of hands-on laboratory experience in application laboratories within the chemical or specialty materials industry. Familiarity with agrochemical, specialty chemicals, or related application systems (e.g. additives, or surfactant-based formulations) will be a plus.
- Robust understanding of formulation testing, data interpretation, and laboratory best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple laboratory priorities
