Job Title: Key Account Manager Small Claims Survey

Role Overview:

The role is responsible for driving business growth by onboarding insurance companies and TPAs, expanding existing relationships, and promoting small claims survey services (claims below 50,000) across assigned territories. This is an individual contributor role requiring frequent travel and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities from insurance companies within the assigned territory.

- Pitch and promote Small Claims Survey products to various branch offices and decision-makers of insurance companies.

- Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

- Travel extensively across major cities in the assigned territory to develop business opportunities.

- Build, manage, and maintain robust relationships with existing TPAs (Third Party Administrators).

- Identify and onboard new TPAs to expand the survey network in the territory.

- Ensure timely coordination and communication between insurance companies, TPAs, and internal teams.

- Track and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and KPIs.

- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to improve product offerings.





- Ensure high client satisfaction and service quality in claim processing.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and closures in CRM systems.

- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to strengthen partnerships.

- Collaborate with internal operations and survey teams for seamless execution of services.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services.

- Stay updated with industry trends, insurance regulations, and market developments.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Experience in insurance, claims management, or related domain preferred.

- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related field.

- Prior experience working with insurance companies or TPAs is an added advantage.
