Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime / ERP.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Finalize accounts, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).
- Calculate, deduct, and file TDS, issue TDS certificates and reconcile Form 26AS.
- Manage Payroll Processing, salary calculations, statutory deductions, PF, ESIC, PT, and other employee compliances.
- Handle Income Tax, advance tax and coordinate with tax consultants for return filing.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare MIS Reports, financial dashboards, budgets, and variance analysis for management.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors during audits.




- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
- M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in consultancy, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or project-based organizations will be preferred.
