Job Title: Tender Coordinator

Job Summary:

Manage end-to-end institutional and global pharmaceutical tenders, including WHO Prequalification (WHO PQ), bid submissions, regulatory documentation, pricing coordination, and post-award execution for agencies such as UNICEF, Global Fund, PAHO, and Ministries of Health.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Tender Management: Manage end-to-end institutional and global pharmaceutical tenders for international agencies and Ministries of Health.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare accurate and compliant technical and commercial bid submissions within prescribed timelines.
- WHO PQ Coordination:



Coordinate WHO Prequalification documentation and resolve agency queries with Regulatory Affairs and manufacturing teams.
- Contract Execution: Oversee post-award activities including contract review, supply planning, inspections, and shipment documentation.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to tender guidelines, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements throughout the bidding process.
- Document Control: Maintain tender records, bid documentation, and audit-ready archives with complete accuracy.
- Market Intelligence: Track bid outcomes, analyze win/loss data, and monitor competitor pricing to improve tender success.

Candidate Profile:

- 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical institutional/global tender management.
- Mandatory experience in WHO Prequalification (WHO PQ).
- Experience handling tenders for UNICEF, Global Fund, PAHO, IDA, or Ministries of Health.
- Robust documentation, Excel, and coordination skills.
