1. Qualification B.E Civil Engineering

2. Experience : Candidate must have 8 to 15 year site experience + minimum 5 to 10 experience in tendering & estimation of building project.

3. Should have experience in building projects & latest construction practice in building projects.

4. Knowledge for commercial & technical contract conditions.

5. He / She has knowledge & worked on tender document, Preparing tender synopsis, making pre bid point

6. Market Survey & Site Visit to collect details & data required for tender

7. Rate analysis Item rate, project Overheads , Price BOQ

8. Base line project planning for tender

9. Preparing Site logistic, Methodology, tender submittal

10. Technical / project specific Presentation to client

11. Knowledge of current plant, equipment & Form work

12. Sound knowledge of project mobilization, resource requirements such as form work, equipment, manpower
