Key Responsibilities

- System Configuration & Support
- Configure and maintain M3 modules (e.g., Product Data Management, Customer Order Processing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance).
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in M3 applications.

- Development & Customization

- Work with M3 Adaptation Kit (MAK), MEC, and related tools for customizations.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Infor ION, APIs, and middleware.

- Implementation & Upgrades

- Assist in ERP implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical solutions with business needs.

- Documentation & Process Improvement

- Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Infor M3 ERP architecture and subsystems.
- Experience with MAK programming, MEC, Exstream, and Grid setting.
- Familiarity with Infor OS/Xi Platform, Ming.le, Document Management, and ION workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Understanding of ERP integration, APIs, and cloud deployment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Infor M3 technical consulting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
