record across residential, commercial, and integrated township developments. As we enter the next phase
of growth with multiple upcoming launches across MMR, we are looking for a Product Strategist who will
play a pivotal role in defining winning real estate products that maximize customer appeal, market
differentiation, and project profitability.
Role Purpose
The Product Strategist will be responsible for conceptualizing and defining the product strategy for new
land parcels and upcoming launches. The role will bridge customer insights, market intelligence, design,
sales, marketing, finance, and development teams to create differentiated products that are highly
saleable and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed micro-market assessments for upcoming land parcels.
Analyze customer demographics, purchase behavior, and emerging lifestyle trends.
Define configuration mix, unit sizes, pricing strategy, amenities,



and positioning.
Undertake competitive benchmarking across projects and developers.
Work with Finance and Business Development teams to assess profitability and feasibility.
Collaborate with architects and planners to optimize layouts and customer experience.
Support launch positioning, sales kits, CP communication, and go-to-market strategy.
Track post-launch performance and recommend product improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA from a reputed institution preferred. 5-10 years of experience in real estate product strategy, market
research, business planning, architecture, consulting, or related functions. Strong analytical, commercial,
and stakeholder management skills.
