Assist the branch to achieve business goals by increasing number of customers & effective pest management services to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions):
- Develop third-party revenue stream by increasing customers for commercial pest management services. Ensure timely receipt of payments from Customers within the companys credit period
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses to customer feedback
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers through telephone calls and personal visits.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in B.Sc. Agriculture/Chemistry
- Certification related to the role will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience of 2 – 3 years
