Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Skilled to handle the procurement of stainless steel pipes, tubes, fittings and industrial products. The ideal candidate should have a strong network with SS manufacturers, stockists, traders, and service centers, along with excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. The role requires ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Source stainless steel products including pipes, tubes, fittings and flanges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stainless steel manufacturers, authorized distributors, stockists, and traders.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen the vendor base.
- Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely procurement as per business requirements.
- Monitor stainless steel market trends, price movements, and fluctuations to optimize procurement costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Stores teams for material planning and inventory management.




- Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and delivery commitments.
- Resolve issues related to material quality, shortages, delays, and commercial discrepancies.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor performance reports, and MIS.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Stainless Steel sourcing/procurement.
- Strong knowledge of SS grades such as 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 321, 904L, Duplex, and Super Duplex.
- Good understanding of stainless steel specifications, standards, and applications.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
