Job Summary Customer Service Associate (International Blended Process)
Location: Firstsource, Athena Building, Goregaon West, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Firstsource is hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Blended Process (voice + non-voice). The role involves assisting customers by handling queries through calls, emails, or chats while delivering excellent customer service.
Eligibility:
- Graduates (Freshers can apply)
- HSC with experience (Commerce & Arts candidates eligible)
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Job Details:
- 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs
- Full time, permanent role
- Salary up to 3 LPA
- Transport available within specified Western, Central, and Harbour line boundaries
