What would you do?
Develop, build, and support responsive CRM campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, templates, and personalized customer communications. Translate campaign requirements and designs into high-quality HTML solutions that support cross-channel marketing initiatives. Collaborate with campaign, design, data, QA, and project management teams to deliver CRM campaigns within agreed timelines and quality standards. Ensure all campaign assets are responsive, accessible, optimized, and compatible across major email clients and devices. Support personalization, dynamic content, and customer journey execution within CRM and marketing automation platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign builds, rendering, personalization, and deployment activities. Drive adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and campaign governance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance campaign quality, development efficiency, and customer experience

What are we looking for?
Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in HTML Development, Email Development, CRM Campaign Development, or Marketing Technology. Proven experience developing responsive email templates and campaign assets within a CRM or marketing automation environment. Strong understanding of email development best practices, personalization techniques, and customer communication channels. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Data, QA, and Project Management. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Strong ownership mindset, collaboration skills, and commitment to delivery excellence.



Willing to work primarily across Australia/APAC shift timings and versatile to work across different shifts If required Skills: Strong expertise in HTML development for responsive email templates and landing pages. Strong working knowledge of CSS including responsive design and cross-platform compatibility. Good understanding of JavaScript for dynamic content and interactive components where applicable. Hands-on experience with AMPscript for email personalization Experience developing and supporting CRM campaigns within a marketing operations environment. Strong understanding of email development best practices, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards. Experience building modular and reusable email templates. Knowledge of email client rendering behaviors across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile devices. Ability to troubleshoot rendering, coding, and personalization issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good To Have Skills:: Experience working with: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Braze Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CRM Platform Certifications. Experience with: MAP / Lighthouse MAPP HighTouch Familiarity with marketing automation concepts, customer journeys, and campaign execution workflows. Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and energetic content frameworks. Knowledge of email testing tools and campaign QA processes. Familiarity with API integrations, JSON, and CRM data structures.



Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Workfront.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive HTML email templates, landing pages, and campaign assets aligned with business and brand requirements. Convert creative designs into high-quality, production-ready HTML code. Implement personalization and dynamic content using AMPscript and other platform capabilities. Ensure email templates render consistently across different email clients, browsers, and devices. Support campaign setup, testing, deployment, and post-launch activities. Troubleshoot and resolve coding, rendering, personalization, and deployment-related issues. Perform unit testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect-free campaign delivery. Optimize HTML code for performance, maintainability, accessibility, and deliverability. Collaborate with campaign developers, designers, data teams, and project managers to meet campaign objectives. Maintain coding standards, reusable component libraries, and development best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, coding guidelines, and implementation procedures. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and CRM platform enhancements relevant to email development. Work Orchestration & Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate updates in ticketing and workflow management systems. Track development activities, tasks, assignments, progress updates, and issue resolutions. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Desktop Procedures (DTPs), coding standards, and governance requirements. Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and campaign readiness standards. Support reporting requirements by providing timely and accurate status updates. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance development efficiency, quality, and scalability. Maintain complete documentation of development activities, templates, and reusable assets
