Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager (Specifications) to drive specification-led business growth by engaging with architects, consultants, developers, PMCs, EPCs, and other project influencers. The incumbent will be responsible for securing product specifications, developing strategic relationships, and converting projects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive specification business through engagement with Architects, MEP Consultants, Interior Designers, PMCs, EPCs, Builders, and Developers.
- Ensure inclusion of company products in project specifications across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key influencers to secure product approvals and preferred brand positioning.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate opportunities through early-stage project involvement.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions,



and training programs for consultants and stakeholders.
- Track project opportunities from specification stage to final order conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Project teams to maximize specification-to-order conversions.
- Support the sales team in technical approvals, product recommendations, and customer queries.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming project developments.
- Achieve specification targets and maintain project pipeline, conversion, and account management reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10 years of experience.
- Strong network with Architects, Consultants, PMCs, EPCs, Builders, Developers, and Design Firms.
- Experience in Electrical, Lighting, Switchgear, Building Material or allied industries.
- Strong technical aptitude, presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
