Windows L2 Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for Windows Server infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtual environments.
- Administer and monitor Storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS).
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents within SLA.
- Perform server health checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 teams when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service availability.
- Maintain technical documentation and incident records.
