- Manage a team of analysts to conduct equity research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis for clients.
- Develop comprehensive reports on publicly traded companies, including quarterly earnings calls with management teams.
- Collaborate with senior partners to identify investment opportunities and develop strategic plans for portfolio companies.
- Oversee the execution of M&A; transactions from due diligence through closing.
Job Requirements :
- 11-13 years of experience in investment banking or related field (private equity).
- Solid background in equity research, equity valuation, and financial modeling.
- Proven track record of success in sell-side transactions (M&A;) with expertise in deal structuring and negotiation.
