Candidate should be Graduate with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Liner Shipping / Forwarding.
Must possess valuable oral and written communication skills.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and keeping track of pre-shipment to post shipment until arrival at destination.
Should coordinate effectively with all departments & ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest levels.
Responsibilities include identifying sales leads and passing on the same to the Sales Executives, should be maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.
