Job Summary

Trisa Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Ecommerce Account Manager (Fresher) to support and grow our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn ecommerce operations and possess a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analysis, automation, and digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings across ecommerce marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory, orders, returns, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with warehouse, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Track marketplace performance metrics and account health.
- Assist in running promotional campaigns, deals, and online sales events.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing research.
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, reporting,



content creation, and data analysis.
- Support automation initiatives for ecommerce operations and reporting.
- Stay updated with ecommerce trends, AI innovations, and marketplace policies.

AI & Technology Requirements

- Robust interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Willingness to learn AI-driven ecommerce strategies and automation workflows.
- Understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or digital marketing tools.
- Experience with AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage
