What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
• Conduct and oversee workplace investigations involving policy violations, employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethical concerns, and workplace conflicts.
• Partner closely with leaders and HR Business Partners to provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and other sensitive employee matters.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing practical, balanced recommendations on employee relations matters while mitigating organizational risk.
• Stay current with applicable labor laws, employment legislation, company policies, and governance standards across relevant jurisdictions.
• Develop and strengthen Employee Relations frameworks, processes, policies,
and governance mechanisms that enable scalable and consistent decision-making. Drive capability building through proactive interventions, systemic sensitization, and coaching across stakeholder groups.
• Identify workplace trends and emerging risks through case analysis, employee feedback, and organizational insights, and recommend proactive interventions.
• Work closely with functional HR Leads on policy development, governance frameworks, and the creation of internal audit processes to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Ethics, and Security teams to provide advisory support on complex employee relations matters.
• Drive employee advocacy by promoting a culture of fairness, inclusion, accountability, respect, and psychological safety.
• Support organizational change initiatives and business transformations by assessing employee impact and ensuring appropriate employee relations support.
Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience with significant expertise in Employee Relations.
• Robust experience conducting workplace investigations involving employee misconduct, ethics concerns, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and workplace complaints.
• Demonstrated expertise in grievance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee advocacy.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations,
workplace compliance requirements, and HR governance practices.
• Proven ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgment, and make balanced decisions in highly sensitive and complex situations.
• Experience in capability building and driving proactive employee relations initiatives across the organization.
• Excellent investigation, interviewing, documentation, report-writing, and case management skills.
