Qual: Graduate in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience:25 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
Shift: ready to work in Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across hospital areas.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control protocols are followed.
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to address cleaning requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical and general waste.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and hygiene standards.
