Role & responsibilities

• Supervising Project activities and handling the complete Project Management Cycle (concept to commissioning) entailing Developing project baselines and controlling project costs, resource deployment, time over-runs, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

• Develop and drive the strategies for project management plan & activities centred on HSE, quality, operability, schedule, and costs via project management skills, engineering practices, technology, and digital & data application to deliver project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

• Lead for project execution and project development as per the approved project management plan.

• Accomplish Projects by using various management portfolios viz. Pre-bid Risk Assessment, Project Reviews & Reports, Project Risk Management, Time Management, Contract Management, Integration Management, New Set-ups, Progress Analysis, Issue Management,

Process Control, Document Management, Cost & Cycle Time Reduction, Financial Management, Project Dashboard, Presentation. Demonstrate excellence in setting priorities.





• Manage project risks by continuously identifying risk events and evaluating/propose appropriate mitigation to safeguard stakeholders' expectation.

• Integrate administrative close out (including AFE closure, manpower demobilization, etc.), procurement contracts closure, and facilities handover for satisfactory acceptance by end user

• Lead implementation of stakeholder management including Statutory Bodies/Authorities.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in engineering is mandatory with more than 10-15 years of work experience.

• Any skilled qualification such as PMP, RMP, Chartered Engineer, etc. would be an added advantage.

• Has on-the-ground and hands-on experience in managing integrated multi-dimensional projects.

• Experience in managing Renewable Energy Projects (Solar, Wind, Energy Systems) from project development until project delivery for a Developer/EPC.

• Any professional qualification such as PMP, RMP, Chartered Engineer, etc. would be an added advantage.

• Has on-the-ground and hands-on experience in managing integrated multi-dimensional projects.

• Experience in managing Renewable Energy Projects (Solar, Wind, Energy Systems) from project development until project delivery for a Developer/EPC.
