Job Description Project Coordinator Mumbai (Junior) Department:

Programs Reporting To: Program Head / Project Lead Location: Mumbai Role Mandate The Project Coordinator will support the implementation and coordination of iKure's healthcare projects across Mumbai by ensuring smooth field operations, stakeholder coordination, timely reporting, and effective project execution. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate day-to-day implementation of healthcare projects. • Liaise with hospitals, corporates, NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders. • Support field teams, healthcare camps, and community outreach activities. • Maintain WHIMS, Sales Tracker, project trackers, and operational documentation. • Prepare Daily Activity Reports (DAR), weekly updates, and monthly MIS reports. • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.



• Ensure compliance with project SOPs and organizational policies

KPIs • Timely project implementation • WHIMS & tracker compliance • Accuracy of documentation and reporting • Timely DAR submission • Stakeholder coordination • Field activity completion • Compliance with project timelines Qualification Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Experience 02 years of experience in healthcare projects, NGO programs, community health, healthcare operations, or project coordination. Freshers with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
